The administration and management in the health care environment is becoming increasingly complicated with the rapid changes that are happening in the U.S. and the world! Once stable healthcare systems now face massive changes including reorganization and consolidations. Reimbursement for services is modified by managed care contracts and governmental regulations like never before. Decreasing length of stay, decentralizing services while integrating new ones, and forming alliances with other healthcare providers are just a few of the current challenges for health care executives.
The following resources are geared toward those individuals involved in the management and administration of a health care system.
